Hay, horse people!

Did you know Eric was a farrier for 15 years before becoming a realtor in 2016? It's true! He specializes in residential real estate, luxury estates, farm and ranch, and equestrian properties. It's been amazing for him to be able to refocus his passion for horses by helping buyers and sellers to meet their real estate goals within that specialty! 

In order to help keep the equestrian community in NOCO abreast of current horse property opportunities, Eric releases a Monthly Horse Property Newsletter. It not only contains at least ten active listings in all price ranges, it also has local horse/equestrian related events for the following month, a small business highlight, and helpful articles for Northern Colorado horse owners.
