Hi, I’m Eric.
Originally from Reno, NV and Northern California, I settled in Fort Collins over 20 years ago. Growing up
on ranches, I moved into a career as a farrier and enjoyed a healthy business shoeing horses for almost
15 years. I made a drastic career change into the real estate industry, due to an injury, in 2016, and
haven’t looked back. I specialize in residential real estate, luxury estates, farm and ranch, and equestrian
properties. It’s been amazing to be able to refocus my passion for horses by helping buyers and sellers
to meet their real estate goals within that specialty. I’m a member of Keller Williams Global Luxury
International, Keller Williams Land, and Realtors Land Institute. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, golf,
and am an avid football fan. Much of my free time is spent with my growing family.
